Regular massage can decrease stress and help break up tension and compensation patterns in the body, whether they are emotional or physical. Massage can be a preventative or rehabilitative therapy. It helps soothe our nervous system and stimulate organ function. Massage can help us think more clearly, develop awareness of self, and be more present in the moment, allowing us to be more mindful in our everyday actions.
