History
Seven Oxen Estate Wines is located in the rolling hills of Paso Robles' Westside. The 130-acre estate includes 26 acres of head pruned, spur trained vines planted in nine distinct blocks. We keep yields low to guarantee the highest quality fruit possible and to ensure the health and longevity of our vines. We focus on producing wines that reflect the unique character of the vineyard. South-facing hillsides, chalky soil, hot sunny days, and cooling afternoon breezes from the coast define the flavor of our grapes. We don't use pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers, and take a minimalist approach at the winery to ensure Seven Oxen wines remain as complex as the natural environment from which they come.
