Aaron provides customized personal training and nutrition counseling for individuals and small groups, from beginners to serious athletes. His specialties include: Strength training, functional and core training, flexibility improvement, nutrition and weight management, creates personal fitness programs for all body types, does one on one personal training, goal setting, and nutrition planning. Record and monitor weight and measurement as well as encourage, motivate and support clients/member in their fitness goals. Create, coordinate and teach group fitness exercises to 15-30 plus people.
