Scoops Ice Cream is nestled by Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier, LA's only admission free amusement park. Established in 1996, Pacific Park has become an icon of Southern California and offers classic beach-side amusements. Scoops began serving Lappert's Ice Cream in 2014. Lappert's Ice Cream is a third-generation ice cream company that began in in Kauai, Hawaii.

The ice cream was great. I will say the portions could be larger for what you pay but it was delicious. Located on Santa Monica pier it was a perfect treat to combat the heat on our hot summer day.
