History

Schumacher Ceramics was founded in 1985 by Bob Schumacher in Rancho Cordova. In 1995, Bob & Sonya merged their studio practices into one location in Clarksburg,adding a gallery which showcased their own work as well as regional artists. In 2017 they relocated the gallery to Galt to be able to give their unique brand of art in clay to their new home community.

Our unique blend of art and function in clay. Fine art pottery,sculpture, and hand-thrown sink basins. Reg gallery hours Sat & Sun. Weekdays by appointment.
