HistoryPacific Light & Power - Internal Martial Arts was founded in the upper Midwest in 1983 to promote the study and practice of high level Chinese Internal Martial Arts in the United States. In 1987 its headquarters and most of its activities were moved to California where it has engaged in teaching and training ever since.
