Alfonso worked at several moving companies, and while learning the trade he realized that in general the companies' main motivation was to make a sell fast and to do the moving as fast as possible without really paying attention to the customer's real needs, as well as the customer desires. He worked putting is heart in it and started finding that customers truly thanked him for his consideration, manners and real attention to small details about the moving as well as to their deeper worries and goals. Little by little he started considering the option od creating his own moving company, based on his values of truly respecting the customer with everything it means such as truly listening to them, and to never compromise anything in order to take care os their belonging - as it their belongings were mine. In 1999 we had a vision for a moving company. Then we decide to make our ideas become real.
