History
The San Lorenzo Village Homes Association (SLVHA), established in 1945 and Incorporated in 1946 is a private not-for-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation. It is the first and oldest Planned Unit Development (PUD) in the United States covering 5,714 homes (2.7 square miles) and over 20,000 residents. Located in unincorporated Alameda County, The SLVHA's Covenant's Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) have been instrumental in preserving the community's aesthetic and architectural standards.

The San Lorenzo Village Community Hall is owned and operated by the San Lorenzo Village Homes Association, a community of over 20,000 residents established in 1945. We are conveniently located near highways 880 and 238. Our auditorium has a maximum capacity of 200 guests, and is a perfect venue for special occasions. Your rental price includes the main auditorium, stage, tables, chairs, updated commercial kitchen, and outside patio. The rental provides access to the Hall on the day of your event from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Security is mandatory, Rental Rates Saturdays - $895.00 + $400.00 deposit + security guard(s) - No homeowner discount. Friday or Sunday - $650.00 + $400.00 deposit + security guard(s) - 50% H/O discount* Monday through Thursday - $450.00 + $400.00 deposit + security guard(s) - 50% H/O discount * Memorials: $100 - $0 homeowners ($50.00 cleaning fee required)
