We respect your right to post a review of our services and it is solely your decision as to whether or not you wish to write a review. If you do choose to write a review here, please note that this is a public forum where your personal data can be collected and archived indefinitely. Regardless of what you decide to share publicly, we cannot respond to postings by individuals seen at our practice, confirm an individual's status as a patient (past or current), or reference any signs of appreciation or remedies offered due to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy laws and our duty to protect patients' confidentiality. We therefore encourage patients who have feedback to contact us directly so that we can resolve disputes with integrity and fairness. We also have a Patient Satisfaction Survey that we send to our patients with their written consent, which provides an opportunity for them to anonymously share with us what we are doing well and what we can do better.
