Even though the library is in downtown La Jolla, it's a nice quiet place to study. Lots of natural light upstairs and various seating options. There is lots of free street parking as well!

Friends the La Jolla Library

Friends of La Jolla Library is an organization that seeks to raise monetary support for the San Diego Public Library in La Jolla. It also donates books, magazines and other items, usually received from benefactors of the community. The organization consists of at least 50 members, who together collect thousands of dollars each year to support the library. Members have been known to donate books to several worthy causes in the community, as well, including a local juvenile center.
