History

The launch of De-Stress Essentials in 2006 began the evolution of what is now Sama Ayurveda. De-Stress Essentials, an online store, provided top quality spa products to the home spa consumer. A year later, evolved into Sama Living, an online eco lifestyle store. In 2010, it was time to go offline and offer relaxation and stress relief in the traditions of Ayurveda. Sama Living transformed to a physical location in Santa Barbara and Sama Ayurveda doors opened to the public. Sama Ayurveda is a healing studio located in Goleta, CA for people to relax, have no worries, and to remove the stress and buzzing of the plugged in world we live. Instead, find yourself plugged in and tuned in to your true nature.
