Our salon has been a mainstay in La Jolla on Fay Avenue for 20 years and is in a great location walking distance to everything in the village. Joulies desire to achieve natural looking highlights, blonde-on blonde color and an updated look is my goal with every client. Continually advancing my education in the latest trends in hair keeps me on top of the fashion Industry that is constantly changing .
