For 27 years, the Sacramento Baking Company has manufactured such breads as swirl rye, sourdough walnut, cheese and garlic, sliced sourdough and bagels. This is not a retail facility but a manufacturing one. Fresh and frozen breads, frozen pastries, frozen savory biscuit dough and fresh cakes, pies and pastries are distributed to grocery outlets and other clients. The facility is located on an industrial street, and the pleasant staff is ready and able to lend assistance.
