History
We started over 23 years ago with just two people working in a small shop on Laurel street in Fort Bragg, CA. Back then, it was just a few varieties of smoked sausage, fish and cheese. Since then, we have grown to a staff of 20, including our hard-working co-owners, we have expanded our product line immensely, our services and our space. We are now located on Main Street in Fort Bragg, a location we have been in for 20 years, offering a wide variety of smoked meats, as well as our fresh meat case featuring all natural cuts beef, pork, poultry and lamb. We are also offer custom cut & wrap & smoking for those who want to bring in their own beef, pig, venison and the sorts. We work with a number of ranchers and farmers throughout Northern California to provide smoked meats and fresh cuts at local farmers markets, and we are proud to be featured in a number of markets, hotels and restaurants throughout Mendocino county.
Specialties
We are a retail, wholesale and custom smokehouse and butcher shop located in the heart of down town Fort Bragg, across from the train depot. Featuring local all-natural grass-fed grain finish beef. We offer fresh cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry, as well as a wide variety of smoked sausages, fish, cheese, meats, and of course bacon.
