Established in 1975. Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles is a California-based soul food restaurant chain founded by Herb Hudson, a Harlem native, in 1975. We are best known for serving chicken and waffles, both together and separately, although we do offer other delicious soul food menu items such as greens, mac and cheese, candy yams, and more.
