Ronald Joseph Ellis, MD, PhD is a board-certified neurologist specializing in adult neurological diagnosis and treatment for patients with HIV or AIDS. He is the only specialist in the neurology of HIV/AIDS in the San Diego area and receives referrals from throughout California.
