Juan Jose, a gourmet chef trained in the highly regarded Mausi Sebees Culinary School in Argentina was fascinated with the rolled ice cream idea after seeing how it was made in Thailand. He wanted to give people the experience of seeing their ice cream being mixed and prepared right in front of their eyes using the freshest and most natural ingredients.

Freshly made ice cream mixed and served right in front of your eyes in beautiful rolls is now being served locally at Rolling Zone Creamery. Rolling Zone uses an organic ice cream base mixed with fresh ingredients to create a generously portioned cup of rolled ice cream. The flavors offered range from the traditional Cookies and Cream, Very Berry, Lemon Pie and Choco Mint, to the exotic Matcha-Matcha, True Passion, Banatella, and Tropical Night (black ice cream with pineapple and coconut), among others. Oh, and the whipped cream is made in-house!
