History
I've been overweight all of my life. 10 years ago, I decided that enough was enough. I changed, and learned to get and stay slim, all while living life as a father and husband, and working a regular job and eating regular food. I've kept off the weight, and developed a passion for fitness and nutrition, becoming a personal trainer, certified as a kettlebell coach, and certified in nutrition via Precision Nutrition. I'm also a self taught cook and recipe writer, and along with my wife, the author of the forthcoming book
