Peter M. Rocca, Broker/Owner, grew tired of paying the big franchise agencies absurd fees without any benefit to his clients. He went on to establish an indenpendant brokerage, one that offers extroardinary service to his clients and mutually beneficial service and resources to the agents in the office. Established in 2006 in Rancho San Diego, Rock Solid Real Estate Co. has moved on to La Mesa and continues to grow.
