Rochelle earned a Master's Degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She interned at two community counseling centers in San Francisco for over three years, doing therapy with adults and adolescents around a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, trauma, personality disorder, relational issues, and eating disorders. Rochelle also did play therapy with at-risk children for two years at a Kindergarten through 8th grade charter school in San Francisco. In addition to her private practice, Rochelle works as Lead Therapist at The Lotus Collaborative, a recovery center specializing in eating disorders. Rochelle's style is warm, intuitive, relational, and heart-centered. She brings her whole self to the therapeutic process when working with clients, aiming to be as honest and authentic as possible. Her training has been focused in psychodynamic, transpersonal, and humanistic approaches, and she uses a blend of these modalities when sitting with clients. Rochelle loves facilitating groups and believes in the power of group therapy to elicit radical transformation and growth. Rochelle feels passionate about empowering people to love and accept themselves. By putting clients back in touch with their true desires, she strives to help them live more fully and genuinely.
