Rocco's, formerly Romance restaurant, is an upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of downtown San Clemente. The restaurant offers a very romantic warm atmosphere. It's dark and there's a fireplace to cuddle with a glass of wine next to. Rocco's offers delicious dishes like chicken parmigiana, steaks, fettuccine, fusilli and incredible fresh salads. This is a little more of an upscale restaurant but worth every penny.
