At ReGen Recovery Center we are dedicated to providing our services with exemplary and informative customer service. We opened in December of 2018 inside The Upland Sports Arena. We are committed to offering our community recovery tools to improve their fitness regime and athletic performance. We currently offer Cryotherapy, Mobility Stretching, and Normatec Compression sessions, but are always interested in hearing suggestions from our clientele. Our state of the art Cryotherapy unit will relieve your body of aches and pain almost immediately. After finishing up with the cryo, stroll over to our lounge area for a relaxing 20 minute session with the Normatec Compression sleeves to massage your muscles and increase circulation.
