The Discovery Museum is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a stimulating educational environment for Humboldt County. Our mission emphasizes interactive, open-ended discovery in the areas of science, art, culture and technology. Our goal is to help future generations prepare for the information age and a global society by letting them try-on a career, explore their universe, understand other cultures, discover their own abilities, appreciate their community, and most importantlydevelop a lifelong passion for learning.
