Red Dragon Shou Shu (Northern Shou Shu) offers students, both kids and adults, the movements, methods, and techniques they need to properly defend themselves. The fundamentals of Northern Shou Shu are divided into seven groups symbolized by seven distinct animals: the bear, the tiger, mongoose, crane, mantis, cobra, and the dragon.
