History

Real Estate Trainers was founded in 1972 by Bob Morris and Larry McHarg. In 1984, Larry's brother, Jerry McHarg, served as Vice President until 2007 when Larry's son, Lance McHarg, took over the position continuing with the family tradition. Real Estate Trainers has grown to be the largest real estate school in California.

Specialties

We are a full-service real estate school, meaning we provide the required education for Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Mortgage Loan Originators as well as Appraisers. This includes pre-license education, continuing education, upgrade education, as well as our one-of-a-kind exam prep crash courses, in live, online, home study and webinar formats to fit the needs of every student.
