History
I left the tech industry to pursue fitness full time in 2017. Since then I have worked with an array of clients whose goals have included weight loss, pain management, powerlifting, and building a consistent exercise routine. As a former tech employee, I understand the time and energy demands. I know the toll that hours of sitting at a computer take on the body, and have experienced the aches and pains that come with the job. My goal as a fitness instructor is to help you experience the increase in energy and decrease in pain that comes with having a regular exercise routine.
