We are approved medical center to perform medical examination and complete form I-693 for USCIS as well as other medical certificate for adjustment into US or naturalization. Immunization and laboratory tests are available at the site. A board certified family medicine doctor on staff. Same day visit is guaranteed but by appointment. $95 examination fee. Friendly staff. Your paper will be ready in 48 hours in most cases.
