I'm Jill, owner and founder of Rapid Boot Camp! I've been in the fitness industry for over ten years. Through my own journey, I've gone through yo-yo dieting and went to extreme and unhealthy measures to lose weight. I wanted to find a healthy way to lose weight and gain confidence. After losing over 40lbs, competing in bikini competitions and other fitness competitions; I found this through my own personal fitness journey, and I wanted to help others achieve the same thing. I want everyone to experience the feeling of confidence they will get from being physically fit and healthy. I'm passionate about health and fitness and thrive on helping others achieve their goals through healthy balanced lifestyle and see results! I promise my team of expert trainers will push and motivate you to be proud of your abilities every time you come!
