Immeasurably brightening a drab military building in Benicia's historic Arsenal is this bright, high-ceilinged consignment boutique. About 400 consignors have placed a wide variety of women's fashions and accessories in this converted space decorated with numerous colorful paintings for sale by the owner's husband, a talented artist. Both are longtime Benicians. The sizeable fitting room is furnished with antiques and a small library of books, while a small loft serves as the "bargain attic."
