History
I began my journey into the fitness world because I was tired of being exhausted. I am a single mom who needed to boost her metabolism and de-stress. I have Juvenile RA and IBS. I needed to rebuild my muscle tone and my self esteem. I now practice and teach Pilates, Barre, Yoga, MOTR, & Barefoot Training. Once I combined these techniques, my core, balance, strength, flexibility have improved my ability for foot to core sequencing. I enjoying challenging my clients who need restorative work and continue to challenge athletes.
Specialties
During my Pilates and Mat-Barre classes we will work on improving your balance, agility, and joint and muscle strength by incorporating the Foot-Core Sequence among other methods. Much of the work that I do is restorative in nature. What this means is that I can help you with difficulties due to auto-immune disease, vertigo, as well as pre- and post-surgey conditioning. Whether you suffer from pain in your abdominals, knees, shoulders, have chronic back pain, or if you are recovering from a mastectomy or a hysterectomy, I can help you on your path to recovery.
