Got two "new tires" that was used and miss matching they was also supposed to balance and they never put it on the balance machine and no weights added to the rims

Absolute scam artist. Left my car with him to get fixed, lied about what he was charging me for and then swapped all 4 of my RIGHT size tires for smaller tires! Do not EVER GO TO SIMON!
