Rossmoor Homeowners Association, located in Rosmoor, Calif., is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing civic service to the Rossmoor community and its homeowners and residents. It has served the community since 1957 and its membership is open to any adult resident or property owner. The organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the quality of life in the community and supports and executes community improvement projects. Its services have resulted in a planned community, with tree-lined streets, parks, schools, postal service and access roads. Rossmoor Homeowners Association has worked for various issues, including its annexation and incorporation in the county, walls along the freeways, maintaining community standards, neighborhood watch programs and 50th anniversary celebrations.
