HistoryIn 1988, Dave Pasek was living in Morgan Hill, California with his wife Kathy and their one-year-old daughter. He had been working in the service industry most of his life but had a revelation one day and was certain that a facilities maintenance provider could and should meet the holistic needs of its customers, not simply perform a necessary service. Dave and Kathy took the leap together and dove headlong into becoming that facilities maintenance provider. Thirty years later and Flagship Facility Services has grown into Dave's vision: an Integrated Facility Management organization that provides holistic, high quality, integrated facilities management services across the country.
