Our goal was to create a convenient service & location for Customers to do Laundry. I spent many years understanding customers direct needs. Working for over 10 yrs in the Insurance industry. People looked for value! Price was important but service was even more. I was able to directly hear what people want out of places they do business. No matter what type of business or what service I came to realize people want, and are looking for simple, easy to understand, good customer service, as well as affordability. As industries change to cut expenses by reducing labor and replacing which machines we lose a special interaction we once had. Being a young Entrepreneur I try to take technology & not forget to continue to give good old fashion service by listening to my customers needs. I strive at providing the community the best service, and equipment. Moving into the new age of doing business we continue to push the mark and always work to progress for our customers satisfactions.
