I have received about 12 hair cuts from Premier all of which I have been fully satisfied with.. Right next to EL Pollo Loco which is nice sometimes the wait is a little long. Longest I've waited...

Had a great experience with Loctician COCO. She did an amazing job on my starter locs. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. She works fast and has reasonable prices as well.
