By 2010, homes were being lost as fast as they had been gained and help was needed. I had a friend of mine who came to me and told me how a company was postponing auction sales on 6 of his homes. Naturally intrigued, I investigated the company only to find that their methods were unscrupulous and in some instances, blatantly illegal. Despite the issues, what I gained was an idea and a dream. Through a tremendous amount of research, the people and resources which we needed to do this the right way slowly began to emerge and come together. By February of 2011, we had begun to help a lot of people. What began as two people, a cell phone, and a fax machine has turned into a saving grace for a multitude and we couldn't be happier. -President David Hochman

On average, over a year, our client's save around $8000.00 that they would have spent on rent had they been evicted! In this economy, that is truly a Godsend! Half of our clients just need more time that the lender will not give before moving on. The other half of our clients are avidly pushing to cleanly exit their current situation by either loan modification or short sale. Real estate agents and attorney's frequently refer their clients to us to postpone the client's sale while they pursue their respective objectives.
