This Pt Loma Villa lady poops & walks her dog at Mariner's Cove & doesn't pick it up, unless you are watching her.

The best thing about this place is the pool that goes under and into the office.

Lots of trees here.

Older apartments but in a good location near beach & freeway.

I am told that this pool is not heated in the winter.

Really cool roof.
