History
I started teaching over 30 years ago, and still love it. I am a better teacher today, with more experience and a greater understanding of my client's bodies. Pilates is a great way to balance and tone the body. I work with many students that have weak or chronic back issues. We work to keep them pain free. Weight training is the key to a healthy aging process and a great looking body. My mission statement, To provide a safe and tolerant place to workout, for ALL students, regardless of age, size or fitness ability.
Specialties
I have created a Pilates based workout for all bodies and abilities. We use props to help with form and challenge my students. M - w 9:00am, Tues 7:15pm. These are multi level classes and you need an app from my website. I also specialize in small group training on Tues-Sat @9:30am. We use Tabata and HIIT to target FAT loss. I have all the toys TRX, Bosu, Ropes, Weights, Cables to help you reach your goals. LOVE these workouts for EVERY body. We modify the impact for those needing help for knees and backs and shoulders.
