After searching store open until 10 pm We try to be there 8:40 pm for dinner. But no reason the male waiter yelled at us when we try to park there. Is it not safe place to eat ?

The food here is NOT GOOD. The spring rolls are literally shrimps, noodles and shredded lettuce, no other veggies or herbs. Super bland, even the peanut sauce couldn't overcome the lack of flavor....
