Tucked away in the Park N' Shop center, the utilitarian little restaurant Pho Hoa Hiep 5 (also know as Kevin's Noodle House) is a casual Veitnamese oasis bustling with predominantly Asian families in for the large bowls of steamy Vietnamese noodle soup. The tables are outfitted with the standard cultural tools for eating pho: a lazy susan with a squeeze bottle of hoisin sauce, Sriracha chili sauce, Vietnamese garlic chili sauce, fish sauce, a napkin dispenser and chopsticks. The service is rapid and you will be pleasantly surprised by the vast choices for something as seemingly simple as soup.
