The Personal Training Fitness Center is made up of two health and fitness instructors: Matt Kathol and Kim Rasmusen. The trainers address one's overall health through nutrition and exercise, and suggest dietary methods such as what foods benefit one's goal for weight loss as well as maintenance. Personal training is varied to each individual's strengths and weaknesses. It addresses medical issues, such as back pain or soft tissue injuries by creating a program of strengthening the ailing part of the body, and incrementally upping the ante to a more vigorous workout. Yoga and group sessions are also available.
