Perfect Reflection House Cleaning is based in Pleasanton, and our home-cleaning service area very small - Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore. This enables our cleaners to spend more time cleaning and less time driving between clients homes. We will email you a PayPal 'Money Request' the day before each cleaning. You pay PayPal directly with a debit/credit card or a PayPal account (not required), the funds are then transferred to us - we won't have your credit card info. You'll find that we will periodically check in with you to see how the cleaning is going, and we will routinely visit your home as the cleaners are finishing, so that we can examine their cleaning skills ourselves.
Specialties
We started this business almost 20 years ago, back in the days of advertising in the Yellow Pages, and running classified ads. We have many existing customers who have been having regularly scheduled cleanings, for more than 10 years. During the initial 'walk-through' process, before any cleaning begins, we'll go room-by-room with you to understand what your individual cleaning needs are. We'll ask your preference, in such matters as: should we move a sofa out and vacuum under it? Or should we just vacuum around it? How often should be move it out? Every cleaning? Every month? Every six months? Many new clients have been amazed at the level of detail we ask about, but it's all part of providing a cleaning service that best meets your needs. We use two-person cleaning teams (who bring all of their own cleaning supplies), and each has worked with us for many years. The same cleaning team takes care of your home on a recurring basis - every single time.
