Bed bugs fell from the unit above ours through our bathroom light. We duct taped the opening to prevent this. HOA never resolved this issue.

Garbage shed has been damaged for over a month. Dangerous and disgusting

Prohibited work trucks taking up all the parking for residents.

Peninsula Place is a large collection of condominiums. There are over 800 condos here stretched across 30 acres. Despite being very close to downtown comforts, the area retains a natural beauty thanks to a babbling brook and plenty of trees. Amenities include four pools, a spa, gym and tennis court.
