The beautiful bar was in this strip mall for over 30 years. Many incarnations were not as successful as PaulBar. A favorite with locals and hipsters alike. You are transported to a time of civilized cocktails and classic American food.

Specialties

An atmosphere set apart from all other bar lounges in Palm Springs. Excellent bar food, real crowd pleasers in a gorgeous comfortable room.

Once again, this experience was amazing. Be prepared to wait in line but it was worth every minute. The owner is such a character. Paul comes out every so often to chat to the people in line...
