History
I began my path in the mental health field as a psychiatric technician at Sonoma State Hospital. I left to become a lawyer in order to advocate for those less privileged in our communities. I advocated for sexual abuse victims to make laws that gave them access to treatment and reparation. As a judge, I championed the first mental health court in northern California. I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2015 which has proven invaluable in service to my patients and mediation clients. Mediators do not make any decisions and psychologists do not have all the answers. In both arenas, I meet my clients where they are and help facilitate the conversation of change, understanding, and progress. I am currently studying for my psychologist exams and am supervised by Dr. Lisa Hinz pending licensure. Please call for a cost free consultation and to arrange an appointment.
