Hope Hospice is a regional, non-profit, community-based organization that provides insight, care and guidance to families going through the end-of-life process. It consists of a team of experienced professionals, many of whom hold palliative care and Hospice certification. The Grief Support Center offers individual counseling sessions and such support groups as programs designed for teens and children. Grief support services are either free or at a minimal cost. This Hospice location services families throughout Alamo, Castro Valley, Blackhawk, Diablo, Dublin, Danville, Livermore, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Sunol and other communities throughout the East Bay of San Francisco.
