Party Surprise is a convenience store on Escuela Avenue in Mountain View. The shop is walking distance from El Camino Real and down the street from Castro Elementary School. The staff is primarily Spanish-speaking, and the store sells balloons, paper and plastic dinnerware for parties, a wide assortment of candy, toys, soft drinks and international calling cards. The party themes cater to birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers, anniversaries and graduation parties. Customers may also use the store to reload their international wireless minutes on their mobile phones. The shop has a sister store -- in the same shopping plaza -- called Dolex, which offers currency exchange and sells gift shop items.
