Pacific Palisades Bowl Mobile Estate is a mobile home community tucked into the hills along Pacific Coast Highway. The community offers amazing ocean views and a quick walk to Will Rogers State Beach. Mobile homes of different sizes, floorplans and building dates are available to rent. The park is one of three in the area along Pacific Coast Highway between Temescal Canyon Road and Sunset Boulevard. Though the park has been a rental community for years, in 2007 Pacific Bowl Mobile Estates began steps to convert to residential ownership. Due to subsequent legal actions, the park has remained a rental mobile home park through 2010.
