feces water from bathtub and toilet, everything came out of my toilet and bathtub when flushed the toilet or ran water in the unit above

My bedroom you can see some terds in the water this feces water is from the unit above mine. Shit water on my kids things-no emergency!

Rachel said it's not an emergency I was crying on the phone my kids stood outside and watched me beg, she let this happen intentionally

All the towels rugs and Lenin's I used to try to save my electronics that I couldn't move-Rachel said it's not an emergency... my kids tho!
