++Newly updated in 2022++Entire 6 guest room Inn++Private Yard++Events welcome++ Take a step back in time in this historic Inn, in the heart of Old Town Temecula. From supernatural sightings to Hollywood films, the Inn has been the setting of memorable experiences for almost a century. Built in 1927, the Inn's six guestrooms, kitchenette, parlor & two bathrooms offer modern comforts while preserving many of its original features – the doors are etched with history, and some of the original floors are wonky, but that is what gives this Inn its incredible character and charm. The Inn sleeps up to 12 guests and will be entirely yours during your stay. The family owned and operated Inn was newly updated in 2022. The six guestrooms have been decorated to commemorate a special event or person in the Inn's century long history, e.g. Erle Stanley Gardner (Perry Mason) stayed at the Inn prior to purchasing his home in Temecula & rumor has it, so did Clint Eastwood, while shooting an episode of the T.V. Western, Rawhide. There are many first-class restaurants just a few steps from the Inn. Live music and dancing can be found on almost any day of the week. Make sure to leave time to explore the numerous quaint & unique shops located throughout and don't forget about the Farmers market on Saturday mornings! Wine tasting tours pick up across the street. Wine Country is less than a 10-minute drive. Gorgeous views and tasty wines at over 50 wineries in our Valley. Fun facts: The Palomar Inn was one of three original hotels built in what is now Old Town Temecula. It was the first 'modern' Hotel - with electricity and indoor plumbing. The Inn's in-room sinks as well as the clothing racks are originals from 1927. The Inn and the Swing Inn Cafe (then Mother’s Café) are the only two historic buildings in Temecula that still contain the same type of business that existed when they were both built in 1927.
